The company very concerned about improving employee performance. Factors that affect achievement are career planning, work environment and stress. Career planning an opportunity created by developing talents possessed its employees. This study aims to analyze influence these factors on performance optimizing functions so they improve better. data population processed amounted 510 people sample used was 83 who were using Slovin formula. analytical method Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Model (SEM) measuring level relationship each variable with construct indicators. results obtained contribution environment, stress 46.5%, 53.5% being influenced other variables outside this study.
